📜 R G Wood Shop – Terms of Service

1. General Terms (Applies to All Services)

Handcrafted Nature: All products are handmade; natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish are expected and celebrated.

Payment: Full payment or deposit must be received before work begins.

Refunds & Returns: Due to customization, refunds are limited. See tier‑specific policies below.

Customer Responsibilities: Provide accurate information, artwork files, and approvals in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property: Customer‑provided logos or artwork must be owned or licensed by the customer.

Timeline: Estimated completion times are provided; delays may occur due to material availability or design changes.

2. Basic Customization

Scope: Single item with text engraving or simple personalization.

Changes: One revision allowed before production begins.

Refunds: 50% refund available if cancellation occurs before production starts; no refunds once engraving begins.

Delivery: Standard packaging and shipping/pickup options.

3. Signature Series

Scope: Bundled sets of up to three items with coordinated engraving or design.

Design Approval: Digital mock‑ups provided; two revisions included before production.

Refunds: 50% refund available if cancellation occurs before production; partial refunds may be offered if only some items are completed.

Delivery: Gift‑ready packaging included; shipping/pickup options available.

4. Mastercraft Series

Scope: Premium, large‑scale builds (4+ items, event suites, branded displays).

Consultation: Mandatory design consultation; detailed project scope agreed upon before production.

Changes: Up to three design revisions included; additional revisions may incur fees.

Refunds: Deposit is non‑refundable once materials are purchased. Partial refunds may be considered if project is canceled mid‑production.

Timeline: Custom timelines provided; rush orders may incur additional fees.

Delivery: Premium packaging or installation prep available; shipping/pickup arranged individually.

5. Liability & Warranty

Warranty: Products are guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship for 30 days.

Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, or environmental damage (e.g., moisture, heat) are not covered.

Liability: R G Wood Shop is not liable for indirect damages, event delays, or customer‑provided artwork errors.
